All Military Units and DoD Civilian Staff Offices operating on Schofield Barracks or Fort Shafter are invited to participate.
The Official Panel will judge the cards and pick their favorite. Most votes win.
The top two cards from each region and category will receive recognition at the respective Installation Tree Lighting Ceremonies.
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 12
Voting: Monday, November 15 - Friday, November 19
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, November 24
